| Professor Bitmead is a leading international scientist in system theory and automatic control with significant impact on academia and industry from the research side and through management. He is an eminent control theorist with a long record of applications successes. His work on dynamic modeling using data from designed experiments is notable. During his stay in Germany he will strive to develop a novel framework for adaptive data-driven control with guaranteed performance improvements. |
